I applied to the Department of Music because they are very helpful and encouraging for my degree path. They are always willing to give you the helping hand, as long as you show the desire to pursue in your degree. My favorite thing about the department is you feel like one big “Music Family” in helping you strive to be the best you can be in your degree path here. Couldn’t be more pleased. Go Owls!

I absolutely love the faculty in the FAU Music Department. I think the ensemble directors and applied lesson teachers are all top notch and here to push you to be a better musician. I especially love the opportunity as a CM Technology student to use studio equipment and gain experience recording and engineering music starting freshman year, which was an absolute blast.
